By car
From Milan: A9 to Como/Chiasso, exit Como Nord, then SS583 along the lake to Bellagio (~1h15).
From Milan airports
Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio are all about 1h30 by car. Private transfers available on request.
By train
Train to Varenna-Esino (Milan–Tirano line), then 15-minute ferry to Bellagio. The scenic option.
By boat
Regular ferries from Como, Lecco, Varenna, Menaggio and Tremezzo. The most scenic way to arrive.
On foot to the centre
Bellagio's historic centre is reachable on foot via a beautiful scenic path. Supermarkets, bars and lakeside restaurants and the pier are about 2-3 km away, all in the centre.
By bus
The nearest stop is only 400 m away: CEMENTERIA stop on the C130 Como–Bellagio line.
Parking
Free private on-site parking for our guests. In Bellagio you'll find public car parks: Villa Melzi (at the Viale Domenico Vitali junction), Via Pescallo (a new car park with plenty of spaces) and San Giovanni (near the park). Mind the ZTL (limited-traffic zone): a RED illuminated gate means DO NOT ENTER. Road lines: white = free, blue = paid, yellow = residents only (risk of fine/towing).
Useful tips
Given the limited and often crowded local public transport, especially in high season, we recommend arriving and getting around by your own or a rented car. Our B&B offers free private parking.
